RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If you would like to return your order, please email info@scribblesbymena.com with your order number and I’ll supply a returns address.

Buyers are responsible for the cost arranging the return of the products. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service.

​

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

​

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the item being received back and checked and made to the original method of payment.

Faulty items

We always give our products a once over before shipping but if anything slips through the net Please reach out at info@scribblesmymena.com and we will get you sorted straight away.

Exchanges

Due to our art work being printed to order , exchanges are not possible. if you would like an exchange / swap an item, You will need to place a new order and return the original one for a refund (see the process above).

Cancellations & order changes

For prints, once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to the printers for production. At this time, it may not be possible to make changes to an order or an address, so please double check everything is as it should be before you hit pay. If the order has already gone to print, please follow the return policy outlined above.
